Health and wellness is an utmost priority when we develop our menus and innovative culinary programs. Nutritionists and registered dieticians work in concert with our talented chefs to craft flavorful recipes that meet and exceed nutritional guidelines.

By blending signature menus as well as regional and national brands that customers love, we create dining environments that serve fresh, delicious meals from local sources. These menus are created with the students’ health and tastes in mind.
SUSTAINABILITY
We believe we have a responsibility to support local suppliers and farms and continue to pursue sustainable, environmentally friendly products and programs. We offer our clients a range of “green” products and services including waste reduction, pre- and post-consumer recycling, environmentally friendly cleaning supplies and composting.
